I.INTEGRATED INTO CURRICULUM/ACROSS GRADE LEVELS
· CSGC – TheComputer Skills Growth Chart is based on the:
o NETS (National Educational Technology Standards) for Students
o Delaware Content Standards and Performance Indicators
o Delaware Computer Skills Graduation Requirement
o The chart aligns the skills addressed in each of those projects with the grade level where they will be utilized in the curriculum.

· Delaware Recommended Curriculum is being developed to link standards to classroom instruction.
· NETS (National Educational Technology Standards ) for Students is designed to provide educators and administrators with frameworks and standards to guide them in establishing enriched learning environments supported by technology http://cnets.iste.org/students/
· Include choices so that teachers have flexibility when developing lessons that incorporate technology.
II.TEACHER TECH COMPETENCY
· Teacher accountability is necessary to ensure technology is incorporated into lessons.

o Initiates a national consensus on the technology that teachers should implement in their classrooms.
